Granada
A city with the Alhambra above it. The palace is the reason. The city is why you stay the night.
Do not bolt Granada onto Seville for a night because the palace is famous. The Alhambra wants a timed ticket bought early, a morning, and legs that have not already done a cathedral the same day.
The snow on the Sierra Nevada behind the palace is not a filter. It is often actually there, while the city below is warm. Dress for both if you go up.
See
The Alhambra, booked
The Nasrid palaces at the time on your ticket, not whenever you arrive. Miss the slot and you have come to Granada for a garden wall.
The view from the Albaicín
San Nicolás at the end of the day, then leave before the square becomes only cameras. Walk down while you can see the steps.
The cathedral quarter
A shorter, quieter look at the later city. It stops the trip being only a palace.
A hammam only if you want one
They are a modern comfort, not a surviving medieval bath. There is no obligation.
